RICHARDSON, TX - December 23, 2004 - Microwave Transmission
Systems, Inc. (MWVT) announced that it had completed its short form
merger on November 30, 2004, and that it had sent a Notice of Merger
and Appraisal Rights to its stockholders. As a result of the merger,
unaffiliated stockholders are entitled to receive PRESSRELEASE.48 per share, and
Microwave Transmission Systems, Inc. will cease to be a publicly held
company.
